We caught up with Arden’s Group Estimating Manager, Rick McKay, to find out the answer.

As soon as Arden Homes decided to offer Hebel it became a big hit with clients, with a majority opting for it to be used rather than the more traditional brick.

 

The reason Arden love using Hebel

Rick said the decision to offer Hebel was a natural outcome of the knowledge and experience of the Arden Homes team. Many of them, including himself, had already worked with the material and knew it was a great product.

Since then, Arden have built hundreds of homes using Hebel. It was soon so important to their business and the way they build that, two years ago, it became a standard option in all their new homes at no extra cost.
