NSW Builder KING HOMES adds spice to their portfolio with the new Hebel Designer Range

As a young, vibrant company committed to creating beautifully crafted, high quality homes with a modern design edge, the Hebel Designer range was a natural fit for Sydney based builder, King Homes NSW.

Having already built a reputation for their focus on architectural design, eye for detail and impressive workmanship, the Hebel product range has taken the look and feel of their new homes to the next level.

Their recent Spice Home project, built on a 450sqm block of land in the outer suburbs of Sydney, provided the perfect opportunity to experience the advantages of the new Hebel Designer Range product - PowerProfile®.

“We wanted a modern, crisp feel to the home and we knew using Hebel with acrylic render would provide the finish we were after. Initially, we were thinking of pairing it with a lightweight cladding material painted in Monument to provide contrast. But once we discovered the Hebel Designer Range, we chose to use the PowerProfile®”, said Veronica King from King Homes.

The Hebel PowerProfile® System provides a contemporary option for facades replicating the look of traditional metal standing seam. A key difference lies within the material itself and Hebel is a more solid and durable standing seam option compared to metal. Manufactured in Australia, these panels provide superior design flexibility for the external façade to suit every homeowner's style.

“Hebel PowerProfile® added striking interest to the front of the home painted in Monument which really appealed to a large group of buyers. As a Builder, we love working with this product for its high quality finish and straightforward installation”, said Mark King, Director of King Homes

In fact, King Homes is so impressed with the Hebel range, owners Mark and Veronica King used Hebel to create a distinctively eye catching, designer facade in their own home.

“Apart from the aesthetic qualities, thermal efficiency was very important to us in our own home”, said Veronica. “We had already invested in solar panels and double-glazed windows, so Hebel was the obvious choice for the main building material as we knew its renowned thermal properties would reduce the environmental impact and save on our energy bills. Hebel also made our build much more efficient and saved on our build costs by reducing waste on site”.

As Mark King concluded, “the striking façade of our home reflects our design ethos, and experiencing all the benefits of using Hebel first-hand makes us confident and proud to offer it as the material of choice in building new homes for King Homes.
